Support complex enterprise transformation projects with an aim to establish and enhance the people and process side of our cybersecurity capabilities. Bring highly skilled teams together to protect our client's organizations from both current and future cybersecurity threats with a competitive edge. Facilitate client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops. Guide clients through organizational design principles and change management processes required to build out an enterprise cyber capability. Provide hands-on implementation assistance and advising clients on innovative business strategies. Represent the Booz Allen brand when communicating with executive-level clients. Adapt to evolving client needs and thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environment. Enhance business development efforts for the Cyber Transformation Team by serving as a Subject Matter Expert, leading proposals, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Work on impactful and leading-edge transformation engagements for top-tier commercial clients that deliver significant competitive advantages and differentiated Cybersecurity capabilities. Lead complex enterprise transformation projects that require new behaviors, new operational processes, and new cultures to protect commercial leaders from today’s and tomorrow’s Cybersecurity threats. Facilitate and lead client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops, including visioning and program design sessions. Guide executive-level clients through organizational design, operating model, and technology decisions required to build an enterprise Cyber capability, including people, process, technology, and data. Provide hands-on implementation assistance, coaching, and advising the client on new ways of doing business. Analyze the development of prioritization strategies and Agile project plans and manage task execution across a portfolio of projects, including executive progress reporting. Participate in a collaborative team environment and a dynamic client environment, work with clients, stakeholders, and Booz Allen leaders to form cross-functional teams that deliver results.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with strategy or management consulting for commercial clients
- Experience with strategy design, capability building, organizational design and change, and presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including conducting briefings and leading client- and team-based discussions
- Experience with leading teams to structure and drive complex, large-scale transformation programs
- Experience with guiding and facilitating organizations through the adoption of new technologies, including assessing, designing, or implementing technology solutions
- Experience with operating in multi-vendor environments and in some cases, loosely defined and evolving scope
- Experience with common and emerging technologies and tools, including analytics tools to inform stakeholder discussions and business strategy decisions
- Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, standing up a program work breakdown structure and schedule, and managing a program through execution
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and standards, including NIST and ISO Series
- Ability to facilitate and building consensus at the executive level that can connect the security organization, including CISO with business executives, including CEO, CIO, or CTO
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field
- Experience with assessing and implementing security programs or specific capabilities, including governance, incident response, threat intelligence, security monitoring, training, and awareness
- Experience with visual design or representing ideas visually
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Cyber standards and frameworks, including NIST
- Knowledge of human-centered design tactics and techniques to inform program design or design thinking
- Ability to shape, design, and produce deliverables independently within a short time frame in a collaborative team environment, including transformation roadmaps and analyses of change management plans
- Ability to employ Agile practices in the context of implementing a transformation
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Master's degree
- Change Management Certification, including CMAP or Prosci

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
