HR Consultant
Key Role:
Lead one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
1 years of experience working in HR
Experience in Personnel Action Request (PAR) processing, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) processing, benefits and retirement services, performance management process, performance management and performance-based compensation practices, Employee Assistance Plan, strategic workforce planning, competencies, position descriptions, or recruitment strategy and execution, including applicant qualification reviews
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the principles of HR administration
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, and evaluating options for action
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD).
