Key Role:
Work within Booz Allen Hamilton's digital integration team to refine processes and implement technical applications in support of the clientâs mission. Provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and apply their technical knowledge to recommend solutions with consideration for best practices, cost, and timeline. Create and manage client deliverables, including briefings, technical applications, and analytical products. Leverage industry best practices in digital transformation.Â
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation
2 years of experience with developing Out of the Box and using code-based solutions, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, or later
2 years of experience with leading and integrating technical tasks, work products, and project teams
Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Apps, including Flow, Power BI, or Power Automate, to create workflows and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages
Experience with conducting data gathering, research and analysis, designing and developing recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value
Knowledge of DoD military structure and organizational processes
Ability to work up to 100% on client site
Ability to work within a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation or Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with multiple functional areas within business management consulting, including human capital, change management, performance management, strategic planning, or IT requirements analysis
Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation
Scrum Master certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
