As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.
As the Manager of the Accounts Payable Operations team, you will perform managerial, auditing and development responsibilities, including payment management, functional technology strategy and application administration, functional performance metrics and reporting, SOX compliance and audit support, team training and development, receivables and refunds auditing, and reporting oversight.
How You’ll Contribute:
Lead the AP Operations teams, setting objectives that promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Oversee and ensure smooth execution of AP operations through management of payments processes, functional technologies, cash management reporting, and AP performance metrics.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for all AP operations and technology initiatives.
Mentor and develop the AP Operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide regular updates to Leadership on AP operations, technology, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of check-runs and payment management.
Monitor and manage risks related to unclaimed property, escheatment, and open and deferred payments.
Supervise 1099 reporting and associated supplier data reviews.
Handle high-level supplier communications for bank data updates and conversions.
Ensure compliance with SOX L9 reconciliations, walkthroughs, and assignments.
Collaborate with general accounting for GL analysis and reporting

You Have:
7 years of experience with accounts payable
Experience leading multiple teams, processes, and systems
Experience supporting system implementation and upgrades
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to identify and drive process improvements forward
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Ivalua, Costpoint, Concur and Oversight
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
Experience with system administration and configuration
Experience with bank reconciliation tools and platforms
Experience with 1099 reporting tools and software
Experience with electronic invoicing platforms, such as Transcepta
Experience with E-Payables and related platforms
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
