The Opportunity:

As a Cyber Analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. Your activities will include all-source intelligence analysis and production on foreign national cyber military capabilities and foreign use of cyberspace, including doctrine, intent, operations, supporting services and infrastructure, and vulnerabilities. You will generate written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and brief analysis to senior DoD leaders, including production of whitepapers, regional threat analysis and assessments, short and long-term assessments, and products from customers’ RFIs and multi-intelligence analysis.

You will be part of a unique, multi-discipline team assisting IC and IA partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance Whole of Government efforts. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our nation’s leaders.

You Have:

• 8 years of experience conducting analysis
• Ability to communicate information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced
• Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
• Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
• Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
• Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
• Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies, and use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
