Key Role:
Apply experience with and knowledge of the Marine Corps mission to shape, capture, manage, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions to help solve the Marine Corps most pressing challenges. Form and lead high performing teams of diverse capabilities, oversee program and project performance, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to deliver with excellence. Integrate mission, analytical, and technical capabilities and apply innovation to design and manage the execution of program or project plans and controls to achieve end-state vision, goals, and objectives. Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Work with the Navy and Marine Corps leadership team to create and implement a strategy designed and executed to influence clients, capture business, generate investment ideas, and develop staff in the Marine Corps segment of our business. Build institutional credibility through domain, technical, and cross-industry expertise and relationships to help Booz Allen position against future Marine Corps needs with a focus on helping the account identify prioritized mission areas of investment and shape and capture technically differentiated work. Engage with our client facing teams to further develop them as leaders and to further refine their business development and engagement approaches for specific Marine Corps organizations and offices, specifically with respect to opportunities in training and readiness disciplines.
Basic Qualifications:
15 years of experience in DoD or industry leading program and project teams, developing strategies and driving efficient success
Experience with using leadership to form, develop, and employ teams with diverse experiences and capabilities to achieve common goals
Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes
Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements
Ability to lead teams of varying size and multiple concurrent programs and projects of varying complexities and meet and exceed standards
Ability to balance long- and short-term priorities and competing requirements while meeting objectives
Ability to shape and influence the strategic direction of programs and initiatives
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
15 years of experience in the Marine Corps in leadership positions of Marine Corps operationally focused commands
Experience with mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
Experience with leading large-scale, transformation or modernization programs for the DoD, specifically the Marine Corps
Ability to develop persuasive and compelling positions and deliver them in written or oral formats to executive and senior level audiences
Ability to engage with internal colleagues to identify strategic solutions
Ability to manage relationships and a strategic reputation with government officials and industry partners
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-tempo, dynamic environment, and adjust rapidly to changing direction or requirements
Possession of excellent management and analytical skills
Master's degree preferred
Completion of advanced formal education in Marine Corps or DoD schools with focus areas in national security and operational planning, such as Marine Corps War College, Command and Staff College, School of Advanced Warfighting, Expeditionary Warfare School, or similar programs
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
