As a HR and Business Process SME, you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in human capital and finance management, technical, and consulting. You’ll use your skills and expertise to develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the customer industry.
Work with us to support the Functional Management Division (FMD) of the army client by supporting multiple FMD activities with primary focus on Army HR business process development, enhancement, and defect resolutions while also supporting requirements development and analysis, systems analysis, and functional documentation development. You'll work with the program management team and the system integrator to facilitate understanding of functional requirements and impacts to end users. You’ll provide input to the program regarding issues or concerns with product design and development. You'll provide input and take part in senior-level briefings, as required, and coordinate across government entities in analyzing plans, policies, and operational procedures for functional support operations. You'll support Business Process Reengineering efforts when applicable.

You Have:
- Experience with data gathering and analysis
- Experience with Azure DevOps for use in Agile Build and Test activities
- Knowledge of HR activities and roles and responsibilities across all Army Echelons
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with Army Human Resource and Pay processes or Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience with Army Human Resource and Pay processes
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working with IPPS-A Solution
- Experience with analyzing government operations, HR policies, and business operations
- Experience with Army HR Doctrine
- Experience with Army Law, Regulation, and Policy impact analysis
- Experience with multi-component Promotions Processes
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile Development approaches preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to tasks and scheduling requests
- Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
