Human Capital Data Analyst

Key Role:

Identify and collect data sources, analyze and extract key data and information, and evaluate and monitor data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Apply specific functional knowledge, and working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a professional environment

  • Experience with data analytics

  • Experience with data visualization

  • Experience with the development of data visualizations in Power BI

  • Knowledge of R, Python, SSRS, SQL or T-SQL, or Microsoft Excel VBA

  • Ability to document business requirements

  • Ability to train and coach clients in analytical best practices and solutioning

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with data analytics and engineering

  • 1 years of experience with data and knowledge management

  • Experience with human capital data and processes

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Possession of strong problem-solving skills

  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
