The Opportunity:

The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need you, a Program Control Organization (PCO) analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure Air Force resources can make the most impact.

As a PCO analyst on our team, you’ll work on a financial management strategy to help our work succeed. You’ll work with project management, task leads, and vendors to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management, task leads, and vendors. This is your chance to use your skills in finance to further your financial analysis expertise. This position is located in Rome, NY.

You Have:

  • 1 years of experience with working in a program control environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of program finance or business operations support
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with all contract types
  • Ability to provide oversight to multiple close out procedures
  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
