The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Requirements Manager, you’ll use your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.
As a Requirements Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand intelligence collection and production requirements for the client to increase accuracy, speed, and synchronization of lethal and nonlethal targeting effects both in Competition and Crisis or Conflict. You will coordinate, review, validate, assign, and approve requirements and request for information (RFI) for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and All Source Intelligence Teams using designated program of record management applications such as Coliseum, GETS, CHROME, and CRATE. You will also ensure requirements are in line with Line of Efforts (LoE) and help answer Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of ground domain operations. Your team will benefit from your experience with operations analysis or mission management, including the ability to support targeting by feeding the nomination process through a multi-INT approach. Your team will also benefit by you coordinating and validating the target and collection decks ensuring it meets the INDOPACOM mission or task requirements. Finally, your experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers will help your client to rely on you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:
5 years of experience with operations analysis or mission management
3 years of experience with software-based production or collection management systems, including Coliseum, GETS, CHROME, or CRATE in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for finished intelligence production
Experience with working on coordinating with operational intelligence centers
Ability to create and maintain databases to better understand and synchronize intelligence picture, resource allocation, and staffing requirements
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
Experience with applying knowledge management or data science techniques and procedures to client problems to drive efficiency
Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
