Borders Sheet Metal and Heating is looking for a motivated sales professional to join the team! Do you have 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience?

Position : Outside Sales Representative
Location : Hayden, ID
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (Must be able to work evenings when necessary to accommodate the customers’ availability)
Compensation : (DOE)
Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match
Holidays and Vacation : 6 observed holidays, vacation, and Washington paid sick time. Commissioned employees are not eligible for paid holidays or paid vacations but are eligible for the time off.

Position Summary :
The sales representative is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional and consultative manner by determining customers' needs and providing solutions.
Developing customer relationships and generating sales leads by building a referral base. The sales representative is responsible for follow-up on company generated leads and lead qualification.
Expectations :
- Develop key customer relationships (Before, during, and after the sale).
- Establish a rapport to identify the right products and services for the customer
- Negotiate and close sales
- Create sales proposals
- Instill confidence in buyers by providing complete and accurate information regarding our products, services and pricing
- Knowledge of the market area and the individual customers’ needs
- Develop sales plans that will allow for customer and market expansions
- Track all sales and submit sales reports by the given deadlines
- Coordinating / negotiating payment within established company guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
