ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Counts/verifies all money and paper issued for bingo sales
  • Sells extra paper to customers when requested
  • Picks up door prize tickets and carbon of pick 7/8 game
  • Calls bingo to caller to verify the bingo and when verified, pays the customer winnings
  • Count all paper left and return to inventory clerk
  • Assists customers when questions arise about when and where the games are played
  • Keeps work area clean for next day’s business


JOB PREREQUISITES:

  • Above average oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Problem solving capability
  • High capacity for learning
  • Multitasking is a must

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED


EXPERIENCE: Customer service, cash handling, knowledge of Bingo


LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in bingo area of casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints relating to bingo, ability to work in fast paced environment.


WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights.


SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Good math skills without the use of computers
