Job Description

Your function consists of (senior) customer consultancy combined with a strong focus on analytics & continuous process optimization:

• You are point of contact for a strategical/ EU-wide customer , sales teams and internal departments
• You drive customer satisfaction and follow-up on all Order-to-Cash processes
• You initiate, drive & execute systematic improvement in O2C processes & participate in ongoing projects as process expert
• You monitor development of customers with regard to logistical maturity supported by dashboards
• You consult on/track lot-size optimization, delivery frequency, low bucket value ordering, stock levels
• You provide customer trainings & organize monthly exchange meetings with strategic customers
• You manage financial processes
• You support sales in Contract Management
• You coordinate demand planning with strategic customers

Qualifications

You have Bachelor's or Master's degree (experienced). Logistics or/and O2C background, that's a plus

You are an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a cross functional & intercultural environment  and are naturally helpful

You work proactively & take initiative

You are detail-oriented, self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly

You enjoy performing analyses

You have a problem-solving mindset and can handle situations creatively

You work fluently with SAP, the MS Office package and have excellent excel skills

You have strong communication skills in French & English, Dutch is an asset

And last but not least: You are sociable, stress resistant and you possess a healthy dose of humor.
