Job Description
Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
Job Description:
- SF Compensation Certification and/or SF Variable Pay Certification -Mandatory
- SF Employee Central Certification - Mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years’ Strong experience in Compensation and Variable Pay Module.
- Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks.
- Should have hands on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-Compensation.
- Hands-on design and configuration of the following areas is a must:
Configure Compensation Worksheets, manage plan settings, create, enable, and export reports and workflows, configure compensation plan guidelines, configure compensation statements, creating budget and adding budget calculations, managing group assignments to compensation groups, compensation plan template XML, manage employee specific data, conduct implementation tests, set up permissions, configure and modify import tables.
- VP: Process understanding/knowledge of bonus calculation , composition of company goals and individual goals and their weighting including impact on the bonus calculation
- VP: Annual vs. Quarterly process: Ability to advise on what makes sense and which employee groups are involved (Sales usually has its own process)
- First point of contact for the customer on the subject of compensation (annual salary increase process or merit increase/salary review) & VarPay (bonus calculation, STI/LTI)
- Strong experience in leading a team for the implementation project and collaboratively work with team
- Ability to travel to client sites
