- This position will be based in Londonderry NH, and will be a hybrid position (work from home and work in office)
Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst for Bosch Thermotechnology North America is primarily responsible for using data alongside automated tools to actively measure and report the health, performance, and cost of the full spectrum of operational activity. This position ensures visibility of performance against targets, provides transparency and details of deviations, identifies levers and drivers to control costs, and will support defining organizational initiatives and corrective measures when targets are not being achieved. Job duties are responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the below:
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use existing automated report to assemble key routine metrics and distribute to appropriate stakeholders
- Track and present a variety of operational costs to management
- Work closely with automation specializing colleagues to develop enhancements to operations automated reporting capabilities
- Work closely with automation specializing colleagues to develop data visualization and tools to increase transparency and efficiency across the operations organization
- Develop new metrics that enhance perspective and provide value-add context that the organization can take action with
- Directly support ad hoc data gathering, organizing, and summarizing requests from various operational departments
- Collaborate heavily with colleagues and management across the Operations organization
- Identify key levers and drivers of operational variable cost categories
- Support manual data capture efforts as needed
- Develop / define measures to ensure targets are met (control and manage the organization)
- Support ad hoc projects to improve operational execution of the business as assigned
- Provide data entry and operational support as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, business, operations, or supply chain
- 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Operational Analysis, Logistics Analysis or Financial Analysis
- 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLookup, Conditional Formats, Data Validation, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Experience
- Power BI Experience
- Microsoft Excel VBAs Macros experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire and motivation to analyze data and develop strategies based on deep analysis
