Job Description
- Responsible for proactively receiving, compiling, loading, implementing, and maintaining price files, programs, promotions, 'special projects' as well as published Terms and Conditions of Sale in SAP.
- Create, monitor and enforce compliance of published pricing and programming (P&P) policies/procedures, coordinate communication, training and reporting to audit and teams as well as resolve price discrepancies for assigned business units and sales channel(s).
- Work cross-departmentally with Channel, Finance, Customer Service, IT and Logistics to represent marketing and profitability interests and continually improve SAP system data accuracy.
- Represent P&P Integrity team and act as "product knowledge expert and mentor" for other P&P Integrity team members.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Marketing and/or Customer Service experience (ideally, with exposure/understanding of pricing models and strategies.)
- Strong Analytical and Strategic problem solving capabilities
- Strong communicator and problem solver with excellent follow-up skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience within customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SAP
- The ability to learn and adapt to new systems to perform daily tasks and gain industry insights
