Job Description
- Executes outbound calls directed towards with BU agreed upon existing accounts within a region for the purpose of executing pre-defined sales campaigns – will be expected to work regional time zones
- Proactively executes outbound calls to with BU agreed upon new prospects within a region for the purpose of executing pre-defined sales campaigns and building new business relationships
- Conducts virtual meetings, presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Determines prospect needs and requirements and presents solutions
- Appropriately positions products against the competition
- Effectively utilizes internal customer database
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent computer skills is a must, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. SAP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner
- Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding the applicable technology, and be comfortable with continuous learning and conveying the products in a rapidly evolving industry
- Must be able to support a team approach to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction
Preferred:
- Multiple language capability is desirable (English, Vietnamese)
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required. Associates degree in Business or a technical discipline is preferred
- A minimum of three years of pre-sales, customer service or inside sales experience preferably selling technology products
- Working knowledge of Security Systems products is strongly preferred. Specific other Security products experience (i.e., video, access, fire, intrusion) and/or Communications products (i.e., critical communications, public address, professional audio) is desirable
