Your tasks
Manager responsible for FHP's Value Stream, with Assembly Lines 1 -9, Sheet metal, Copper, Electrical Box pre-assembly and Finished Goods Warehouse/Shipping areas, including:
- Production capacity and direct headcount planning
- Support associate training programs
- Maintain Shop floor 5S
- Support/Adopt BPS Essentials and Bosch 14Q Principles
Your profile
Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field of study
Required: 7-10 years with production/manufacturing or related role and 5 to 7 years in a managerial capacity
Experience leading multi-functional, diverse, and cross departmental teams - driving improvements and changes
Knowledge of TPM
Working knowledge of Industry 4.0
Analytical problem-solving techniques, Shainin, Six Sigma or similar
Effective applied knowledge of machining practices and procedures, and a broad knowledge of basic engineering principles as they apply
Exceptional continuous improvement process skills in direct and indirect areas
Strong proactive, analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skills
Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing principles (i.e., Bosch Production Systems), Lean
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in international teams/networks - intercultural flexibility
Must be a proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to coach associates and be a role model
Ability to travel domestic and international as required
