INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE
Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is an established full-service law firm seeking to add an associate to our Intellectual Property practice group on a full time basis. Join a well-established and growing patent and intellectual property practice, with seasoned partners. REQUIREMENTS:
- Patent bar eligible.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a technical field.
- 0-3 years' experience working in a legal environment (in-house and/or law firm).
- Graduate in top 20% of reputable and accredited law school.
- Position requires superior communication, drafting, writing, research and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Successful candidate will be encouraged to develop and maintain a high level of professional expertise and visibility.
- Team oriented, including experience working in groups (with lawyers, paralegals, as well as clients and their other advisors).
