We are professional, agile and fast-paced work environment we work all together as a cohesive team to ensure ALL clients are happy from the sales side and then during the installation side with YOU our potentially new technician!

Our work environment includes:

• Warehouse for material pickup and check ins
• Team Meetings (8am on Monday's)
• Installs are done on-site
• Job site start time (9-10am)

Duties:

• Installing our Bosso Smart Lighting system to customers homes to install specifications as outlined in our software system
• Exceptional attention to quality & detail, communication with customers and time management skills is a must
• Must be able to work in a very faced paced environment independently after training
• Must be able to handle heights up to 32-40ft and sometimes up to 50ft.
• Communication with management and respect for fellow employee's and coworkers.
• Problem solving

Qualifications:

• Must have a truck, valid drivers license and registration and insurance
• Strong background in construction knowledge and skills and self driven attitude
• Ability to maintain accurate records using and updating using our Bosso software
• Familiarity with lighting, data wiring, electrical systems, including wiring and led controllers or anything WLED is a plus
• Excellent communication and written skills in English (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions

Equipment Needed (but not provided):

• Truck
• Ladder rack (If needed)
• 18 ft little giant ladder
• 32 ft extension ladder
• 40 ft ladder (available at shop if needed)
• Impact Drivers, Speed Square, Nail Bags, Wire strippers, Tin snips, 10. ¼ & 5/16 Nut driver bit, Glow rod, Marking pencil, Spade Bit Set, Tape Measure, etc..

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
