Boston Barkery is a pet boutique and dog bakery featuring our wholesome, all natural dog biscuits. We offer beautifully hand decorated every day treats and seasonal dog biscuits! In addition, our stores include a selection of premium collars, leashes, toys, and accessories!
We are looking for a seasonal Sales Associate for our Copley Place location. The Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible to greet each customer and recommend products based on customer needs while keeping customer service a top priority.
Responsibilities include:
- Keyholder
- Provide excellent customer service to delight our customers
- Recommend product based on customer needs
- Develop product knowledge to connect with our customers
- Check out customers when their selections are complete
- Ensure merchandise is well-organized and stocked
Candidates must:
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of store products
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understand the importance of dependable attendance & punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- This position requires standing and walking during your shift
