The marketing team is looking for a strategic thinker to fill the Brand Strategy Senior Specialist position in North America. You will bring strong experience as an integrated marketer with specific strengths in program and stakeholder management.
Working under the direction of the North America Brand Strategy Manager, this person will work cross-functionally to lead integrated marketing programs from end-to-end—working to gain alignment and connect the dots with stakeholders, managing timelines and project details and partnering with creative teams to produce assets. You have strong experience writing creative briefs and building out program plans and you are a problem solver at your core.
Digging under the hood to ask questions, and eager to hunt down details and answers
Creating and executing a full project plan including outlining objectives, strategy, tactics and timelines
Working with multiple stakeholders across an organization, with a service mindset
Strong written and verbal communications for conveying project plan, expectations, and timelines
Comfortable with ambiguity and inspired by the opportunity to build something new
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
2-3 years experience in marketing, agency/professional services experience a plus
High level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience – ability to execute a strategic agenda
Powerful, logical and effective verbal communication skills, with strong ability to communicate via PowerPoint
