WHAT YOU''LL DO
The Senior Advisor Program is a curated network of C-Suite Senior level executives and industry & function leaders. The program includes over 200 Senior Advisors that provide a set of experiences and resources to help BCG case teams drive transformation change, provide pragmatic credibility along with deep expertise, and coach and build relationships with BCG clients.
As Senior Manager of the NAMR Senior Advisor Operations team you will work closely with the MDSP and Director who lead the program to help build, develop, and oversee day to day functions including; decision and business support, senior stakeholder engagement, reporting and analytics, and financial planning and budgeting. You will also work closely with leadership of the NAMR Client Team supporting regional priorities and commercial excellence. Over time, this role would evolve to include line manager responsibilities for current BST Team members.
This role will require strategic development and business build-enthusiasm to help identify and drive key growth vectors for the program, increasing visibility and growing the SA program by supporting recruiting efforts, refining affiliation strategy, and working closely with our Practice Areas to identify gaps and opportunities to support further.

YOU''RE GOOD AT
- You will act as a thought partner to the Regional MDSP lead and Global Program Director to provide support and counsel for program management, communications, and initiatives and projects.
- You will partner with the NAMR Client Team Executive Director and the NAMR Client Team MDSP over Proposal Excellence to drive growth and commercial excellence. Including, but not limited to support for the NAMR Pitch Coach offering and broader NAMR Proposal Support Desk initiatives.
- You will identify untapped opportunities for the NAMR region and conduct quantitative analysis and impact.
- You will work across practices and teams, to ensure alignment with broader PA priorities, seeking to ensure high impact and high visibility for the Senior Advisor Program.
- You will manage the Senior Advisor Lifecyle and experience including pipeline planning, contracting, integration and departure.
- You will maintain engagement efforts with (175 ) MDP Sponsors to ensure accountability and ownership of SA relationships and affiliation.
- You will oversee operational infrastructure for the virtual Senior Advisor Program office including partnering with NAMR Admin Services to plan for proper administrative support needs and all financial estimate/planning processes
- You will develop and manage a growth strategy, internal and external engagement, and impact tracking and marketing.
- You will drive internal awareness and engagement across the region, ensuring MDP teams are aware of how to leverage Senior Advisors and bring to clients.
- You will work closely with other regional SA program teams to develop and share best practices and streamline processes
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
We expect that the individual will possess both the technical qualifications for the role as well as other intangible attributes.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of ten years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, experience within a professional services firm is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to be flexible and think strategically, experience leading diverse professional working groups
- Demonstrably strong analytical, cross functional project management and organizational skills; a strategic thinker
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or other professional degree preferred

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Currently, this role is in the office 3 days/week, providing flexibility to work from home 40% of the time. This hybrid schedule allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are as agreed upon by the team.
Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
In New York City the base salary is between $130,000- $158,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%
5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
