Responsibilities:
- Assist in greeting guests
- Answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Meeting set up and breakdown
- Maintain and assist with meeting preparation and break downs
- Expense Reports
- Ad hoc as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have experience in private equity / financial services
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- 2-5 years of office assistant experience
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
