The Framingham Heart Study is sponsored by the Boston University School of Medicine. This position is responsible for performing technical and administrative work as it relates to obtaining, analyzing and validating participants medical records for the categorization and compliance with Framingham Heart Study (FHS) standard protocols and to ultimately assure the integrity of the sequence of medical events database. The incumbent trains other employees for Health Information Management (HIM) issues with regard to confidentiality agreements and compliance. The position will involve some general office work to perform these duties and may require supervising student volunteers. The office is located in Framingham, MA. This position is hybrid with the ability to work from home a maximum of 3 days per week.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience.
