Description
Buyers/Brokers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and margin sales goals by utilizing defined sales processes as part of a seamless team. The position is exempt.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively follows successful broker processes, including timely completion of paperwork, to ensure the customer has an excellent selling experience.
- Utilizes OneWater broker tools, including CRM, for daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing customers.
- Obtains vital documentation to begin the broker process along with agreed upon pricing and signed contract after pricing is confirmed
- Monitors the boat progression through service through inspection and delivery.
- Follows up with seller regularly to maintain interest.
- Closes deal strongly with complete paperwork.
- Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge and obtains OneWater Buyer/Broker Certifications
- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation.
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale their boat.
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Achieves or exceeds sales unit and revenue goals
- Effective utilization of sales tools, including OneWater Buyer/Broker Processes and CRM
- Achievement of required OneWater Buyer/Broker Certifications
- Excellent telephone skills required
- Self-disciplined, motivated and organized
- Lift 10 lbs infrequently
- Seated, Stooping, Climbing
