Title: Sr. Procurement Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO 63141 / Cary, NC 27513
Duration: 7 months contract

This role is responsible for partnering with team members in support of IT category strategy development and execution for a grouping of indirect procurement IT categories.
The Sr. Analyst, IT Category Management will gather, analyze, and research internal business inputs and external market intelligence to inform the direction from an IT category perspective. The Sr. Analyst will also have responsibility for partnering with team members and stakeholders to execute high-value IT category transformation initiatives in accordance with the IT Category Strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Analyzing Source to Pay analytics
Researching market intelligence
Developing category expertise
Synthesizing internal and external inputs into easily understood visuals
Triaging supplier engagement requests
Supporting the build-out of financial models
Executing assigned category transformation initiatives
Required Experience:
BA/BS or equivalent degree, preferably in Supply Chain operations (or equivalent work experience)
2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain & operations.
2-4 years of experience with the Source to Pay process
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Business Intelligence tools
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to gain a fact-based understanding of the supplier base and market trends.
