Maintenance Repair/ Inventory Warehouse Technician

Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization! Boudreau Pipeline, named a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire for six consecutive years, is currently looking for a Maintenance Repair/ Inventory Warehouse Technician to join our Team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Receiving and distributing of supplies and materials as they arrive
• Responsible for organizing tool inventory in warehouse
• Assist field employees with tool and equipment needs
• Repair, service, inspect, check in/ out, and order tools while maintaining an organized log
• Responsible for closing warehouse and mechanic shop and completing maintenance duties at the end of shift
• Register, label and engrave new tools as they are ordered
• Restock all consumables utilized in the warehouse, including oil and grease for equipment
• Check air compressors for jack hammers, blowout AC units in warehouse, Cal tool equipment, grinder, calibrate, bump test and inspect all gas detectors and blades to ensure they are working properly
• Assist with checking in/ out company trucks are they are assigned
• Maintain all trucks and heavy equipment clean as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Performing other administrative, purchasing and/or reconciliation duties within the materials and equipment department.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance repairs
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to research, analyze, and use critical thinking skills to determine appropriate recommendation or action that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Assertive with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to accomplish assigned projects utilizing effective communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to work well in a variety of team environments.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
• Be able to reach overhead.
• Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for long periods of time.
• Be able to lift, pull and push materials to complete assigned job tasks.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight occasionally throughout assigned workday.
• Must be able to sort through various water works products and palletize (place/stack/transport to pallet) and fulfill order.
• Ability to consistently navigate the warehouse and yard to check inventory (approximately 6 hours per day)
