Summary:

The Destination Imagination (DI) Intramural Sponsor reports to the school principal associated with the DI team and is responsible for the overall management involved in preparing a DI team for the Boulder Regional Tournament (and beyond if applicable), including the safety of the students on the team. Duties include scheduling and managing team practices and research activities, and serving as the team chaperone at competitions.

The Intramural Sponsor Extra Duty position titled "Destination Imagination Team Manager" was created with the purpose of managing a DI team of students through the pre-tournament preparation season, the Boulder regional tournament, and possibly the Colorado and Global tournaments.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age, or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application
• Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English
