Boulo is recruiting for a
Client Success Manager for our client, a Destin, Florida-based provider of guest experience solutions to vacation rentals and hotels across the US. This is a unique company that provides tech-enabled services that assist lodging providers with reducing overhead while simultaneously leveraging local activities and attractions to differentiate their properties and drive increased revenue. The Client Success Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their success. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a team player. They will be responsible for providing a positive client experience as well as
fostering healthy professional relationships.
Employment type: Full-time
Flexibility: 100% remote (preference to candidates who are local to Destin, FL or Charleston, SC
Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager position:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support needs
- Collaborate with clients to develop success plans that identify their goals, objectives, and metrics for measuring success
- Work with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our products and services and to resolve any client issues or concerns
- Monitor client usage and engagement of our products and services, identifying trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our products and services
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
- Actively participate in and represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and events
Requirements for the Client Success Manager position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used for client management
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
