Job Title: FLOOR STAFF & PARTY MANAGERS
16 Years Or Older: If You Are - A Person Who Has A Great Attitude - Great Worker - Friendly, Loves Kids - Then Join Our Team! At BounceTag, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays are the busiest days where Floor Staff shifts are needed the most, but also during the week Tuesday-Friday various shifts as well. Our weekday summer hours will be ending and our normal hours will change to weekdays 4pm-8pm. Although we do allow for flexible scheduling, weekend shifts are a MUST for all new hires and is required to be eligible for hire! If you can not work at least 1 weekend day you will not be eligible for hire.
We are also in need of "Party Managers" who on each shift get assigned multiple parties and provide direct service for the parents and kids attending the party (Party Managers receive tips full Floor Staff hourly pay) You first must get hired as a Floor Staff and be trained before managing parties. All Party Managers must also perform job duties of our Floor Staff.
Job Description (Floor Staff): Work on our floor area, different areas of the facility, concessions, play park, lasertag, and bounce areas. Collect payments at front desk and complete child check-in process, and monitor activity throughout facility under supervision of a Manager or Shift Lead. Weekly Hours Between 15-30. Opportunity to work other floor shifts if desired and other future promotions. You will be required to get a Food Handlers license (paid for by us) and be required to work in our concessions using our pizza ovens, getting drinks, and working at the cash register. You may also be required to work in various areas of our family entertainment center including but not limited to: LaserTag, Prize Redemption, Admissions, and also Monitoring our play areas. You will also be required to complete opening and closing procedures including cleaning all areas of the building, trash, dishes, etc. We pride ourselves on having a very clean facility.
