Childcare Provider

We are in search of a compassionate and reliable Child Care / Family Care Provider. Responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and fun environment for the family.

To achieve success in this role, candidates must be engaging, child-focused, and has the willingness to work a flexible schedule. Successful candidates must have the ability to have a positive and productive manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides customized and personalized childcare for their children in their homes.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Administers one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the children. Creates educational and fun activities. Develop and monitor schedules to ensure children have enough rest, physical activity, and play.
• Administer first-aid or CPR to children when needed.
• Assist children, individually or in groups with lesson projects and homework.
• Maintains a clean, safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Transports children to and from activities, grocery shops for the children, and plans the children’s daily schedule.
• May include additional household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and pet care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• 3 years of child care experience, including infant care.
• Proficient knowledge of home safety and first aid.
• Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record and proficient driving skills.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good moral character and pleasant disposition.
• Physically fit, energetic, active, and dexterous.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Vaccine required

Experience:

• Caregiving: 3 years (Required)
• Childcare: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
