Head Coach

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Gymnastics/Tumbling Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of all ages and skill levels in a gymnastics/cheerleading setting. The Gymnastics/Tumbling Coach will be responsible for leading classes, increasing/ decreasing difficulty of the lesson plans depending on the child(ren), and providing individualized instruction to ensure each child's progress and enjoyment.

Duties:
-Lead gymnastics/tumbling classes for children of various age groups and skill levels.

-Provide hands-on instruction and feedback to students to help them improve their technique and reach their goals.

-Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to gym policies and procedures.

-Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and teamwork.

-Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

-Assist with gym maintenance and equipment setup as needed

Qualifications:

-Knowledge of gymnastics/tumbling skills and techniques, including proper spotting and safety protocols. (required)
- Previous experience coaching, preferably in a recreational or youth sports environment. (preferred, but not required)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and parents.

-Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them develop confidence and skills.

-CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
