Job Title Processing Technician/Trimmer

Reports to Dry and Trim Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Trimming and manicuring the cannabis flower

· Ensuring waste is properly stored, either in the Plant Trash Bins or the General/Non-Plant Trash Bins

· Monitor, clean and maintain all trim and packaging equipment and operate all equipment safely in its intended manner

· Ensure compliance at all times with all sanitation regulations and safety standards in the production of all extracted products produced by the company as set in the company's Policy and Procedure Manuals

· Follow weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business needs

· Reporting any instances of identifiable occurrence of mold, mildew, seeds, pests, or pathogens to the Dry and Trim Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required

Qualifications: .

• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
• Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product
• Able and willing to meet target production rates in pounds of trimmed cannabis flower buds
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must be available for some overtime on weekends
• Assists in upholding our vision of compassion, integrity, innovation and individualism

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8-hour shifts
• Repetitive use of hands and fingers
• The person in this position will be consistently exposed to dust, terpenes, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
