A food and beverage manufacturing company in Appleton, WI is searching for a tech-savvy and diligent AP Specialist with manufacturing experience! This role involves precision and expertise in managing purchase orders, invoices and receipts within a manufacturing environment that produces innovative and high-quality vegetable products.

Salary Range : $55, 000 - $65, 000 / year DOE
AP Specialist Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Associate's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Excel;experience with formulas, Vlookups, and pivot tables preferred
- Experience with Deacom ERP or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, tech-savvy approach
- Experience in food manufacturing and inventory control is preferred
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish is preferred
AP Specialist Responsibilities :
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts before processing payments
- Handle an average of 15-20 invoices daily through our secure system
- Collaborate closely with plant maintenance, quality teams, and other internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve purchase price variances and other discrepancies
- Maintain timely communication and follow-ups on invoice and PO mismatches
