A renowned financial services firm in Burlington, WA is seeking a Client Associate to join their team of dynamic professionals! As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisors by providing essential administrative support for things such as scheduling appointments, opening new accounts, and following up to ensure client service models are met.

Pay Range: $52,000 - $55,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for financial advisors
Process required minimum distributions (RMDs), prepare checks, and manage ACH transactions
Open and manage client accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in invoice preparation and ensure accuracy of details
Collaborate with financial advisors to schedule client review meetings and follow up on service commitments
Provide polished and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Send portfolio reports and updates to clients as needed
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team efficiency and develop processes and procedures
Pursue securities industry licensure within six months of employment
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate setting
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Working knowledge of the securities industry
Prior industry experience is a plus
Proficient computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Securities industry licensure (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63) preferred
