What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Property Inspector - NYC position at Bowery Valuation?
Summary:
We are seeking a professional individual to hire as a full time property inspector with a certified general appraiser license. We are in need of help with the vast amount of properties Bowery is appraising in the NY/NJ area.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated history of multifamily and mixed use property inspections
- Experience with using Dropbox and/or Google Drive
- A working camera that will produce quality photos (a camera phone is acceptable)
- Great communication skills
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills internally and externally especially when speaking/meeting clients onsite
- Organizational skill and punctuality
- A means of transportation in order to get to each property
Responsibilities:
- Clock in/out with manager
- Take ample amounts of quality photos for each inspection & upload with Bowery application
- Take specific notes as requested by the appraiser
- Accountable for their own schedule and able to move quickly as new property inspections are assigned
- Quick turn around with photo downloads, will need to make sure the photos are organized and labeled specifically
- Invoice tracking and documentation
