Bowles Rice LLP is seeking a reliable and self-motivated full time Accounting Specialist to join its dynamic Accounting Team. This position is fulltime at forty hours per week, but it offers a flexible work schedule.
Successful candidate must have strong accounting skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidate must also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment with attorneys and members of our accounting staff to meet client needs. Responsibilities may include processing accounts payable, cash receipts, billing and client intake and providing excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
Must be able to pass criminal and credit background screening.
