Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP

Do you have experience working with Windows and MAC? If so, we encourage you to apply to be one of our dual-threat technicians working for a growing Managed Service Provider. The Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP will be in a customer-facing role, helping drive the company’s operations efforts. The Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP will not only come with experience working in a Windows environment but also have the fundamental knowledge of Apple systems support. The Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP will understand and can work with Apple MDM deployments such as FileWave or JAMF. The selected Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP Experience

  • 2 years working for a Managed Services Provider REQUIRED
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
  • Troubleshooting VOIP technologies
  • Advance knowledge of Apple OSX (networking functions)
  • Experience in macOS, Shell scripting, and package creation
  • Windows 10 networking functionality
  • O365, Active Directory, and GPO administration
  • JAMF, FileWave, Addigy, experience
  • Active Directory (Ability to create, edit, delete users and manage permissions) Group Policy, and DNS experience
  • ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto RMM experience a plus
  • VMware/Hyper-V virtualization experience
  • Virtualization/cloud computing technologies, specifically VMware and performing P2Vs
  • Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
  • Print server management (drivers, sharing, add, remove, etc.)
  • Experience in network troubleshooting firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Azure AD administration
  • BASH, PowerShell &/or Python scripting

Windows and MAC Administrator – MSP Benefits:
