As an HR Business Partner, you will influence and drive talent initiatives (e.g. recruitment, performance management, employee assessment, and development) while providing guidance and strategic direction to leaders of the National Council on human resources related issues. You will work with business leaders to solve people and cultural issues, and provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, compliance, performance management, federal and state leave laws and rewards. This position also includes collaborating with leaders to communicate and execute on key human resources business and talent initiatives to include but not limited to workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, and succession planning.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting the full breadth of Human Resources functions to include serving as a business partner to senior leadership and hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field. The HR Business Partner will report the the Manager HR Business Partners.

Preferences: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
