Job Description:
The best dental office in Cameron Park (and possibly in all El Dorado county) is looking to add an amazing experienced dental assistant. We are using the most modern and advanced equipment and doing fully digital dentistry. The ideal candidate is an RDA who is self-motivated and works efficiently, is cheerful, kind, compassionate, and determined to grow personally and with the practice. We are a small but mighty office that does everything from basic preventative care for our patients to surgical extractions, implant placement, and full mouth reconstructions. Flexibility in schedule as well as diversity in job tasks is a must when joining our team. The ideal candidate is willing to do everything as an RDA but also willing to help cover phones and front desk as needed. We would love someone who is good with computers that can assist Dr. Boyechko with online case submissions with dental labs.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Patients with a smile.
- Set up/break down of treatment rooms, and ensure that instruments are properly sterilized
- Chair-side assisting
- Writing chart notes after each appointment
- Checking patient charts/notes before each appointment to be prepared
- Assisting with treatment plan creation and presentation
- Manage inventory of all products
- Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Follow up on lab cases
- Being able to work as a team as well as independently
- Being courteous at all times and be willing to go the extra mile.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with dental assistance education (required)
- 2 years as dental assistant (required)
- CPR and BLS certificate (required)
- Radiography Certificate (required)
- Good customer service abilities and a cheerful, friendly demeanor/bedside skills
- Clear communication skills with patients and staff
- Organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to adapt to changes in duties and tasks daily
- Experience with/or willingness to learn FUSE patient software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
