Boyle, Deveny & Meyer is located in Missoula, Montana, along the banks of the Clark Fork River. We’re actively seeking an experienced bookkeeper for our service department. Our service department work responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card and bank reconciliations and payroll processing for our small business clients. Our department handles a significant amount of payroll-related work including tax depositing and reporting, benefits administration and human resources compliance. This position is an expansion of the department due to continued growth.
The ideal candidate will possess an interest in the systems affecting a client's overall business success and be familiar with QuickBooks. Our work includes the use of new technology to improve stability and efficiency. The position requires an ability to multi-task and work independently with an attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have payroll and small business accounting experience.
