Boylston Staffing is looking for an HR Recruiting Generalist for a growing firm in Norwell.

Job Details:
  • Will answer phones in a professional manner, and schedule applicant interviews.
  • Conduct reference and background checks, create employee records, and review new hire documents.
  • Assist with orientations, prepare, and publish a monthly newsletter.
  • Assist with engagement strategies to promote retention, and monitor activity on a company software system.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have Recruiting experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to meet deadlines, and prioritize. And establish great relationships.
  • Word and Excel knowledge.
  • Able to listen effectively to clients and staff.
  • Healthcare industry is a plus!!!

This is a full-time role working 8:30am-5:00pm paying $20/hr-$21/hr.  (40K-42K)
