This position will allow you to display elevated mixology skills and beverage knowledge while assuring positive interactions with guests, whether in a fast paced or fine dining setting. Provide amazing service for our guests while working the bar with a smile
Display a friendly and tactful communication style that allows you to deal with all guests in a positive manner
Follow established procedures and processes for executing drink orders, cash handling and guest recovery
Step into any support role and maintain harmonious relationships with other support team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience
Demonstrate receptiveness to obtain an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the community, to share information with guests
Accept feedback and coaching regularly from beverage and culinary leaders
Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the bar area and maintaining impeccable order and organization

Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Possess a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge for specialty cocktails, beer and wine and basic cocktail mixology techniques
Possess a friendly attitude, a team approach and patience with ever changing business levels
Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area
Excel in an environment with varied tasks in a steady or fast, even pace
Demonstrate a proven ability to multitask with an emphasis on efficiencies in the service experience
Work within established standards and procedures
Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
