The Cabana Manager is a full time, summer seasonal position. The Cabana Manager will oversee a team of 8-12 team members and all Cabana Bar functions including the service areas, bar, and kitchen.
The Cabana Manager will also write schedules, menus, help train, work shifts as bartender/server, and make sure staff knows opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities
- Assist the team in all Cabana Bar functions including serving and bartending when needed
- Weekly scheduling, staffing levels, financial reporting, and counting of monthly inventory
- Welcome, greet and make guests feel comfortable and valued for the duration of their visit
- Accurately answer questions regarding the food and beverage products we offer, as well as how such products are prepared
- Practice safe/sanitary food handling procedures
- Assist fellow bartenders, servers and bus persons as situations arise and/or tables require clearing or resetting
- Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and problem solving skills
- Keep bar storage up to par and adequately maintain rotation of products
Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 years old
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training expected
Must either possess ServSafe certification or obtain it upon hire
Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays
Salary : $32,200 - $40,700
