The Lead Youth Development Professional plays an essential role in creating and implementing engaging and impactful programs for youth within the organization. They provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff and volunteers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that promote the academic, social, and emotional development of members. Through providing guidance and creating an environment that facilitates the achievement of positive youth development, individuals in this position play a primary role in creating a positive environment our staff and members have come to appreciate and expect.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of PreK-12th grade. The age range you work with will depend on which of our 17 locations you are working at. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota has Club sites that spread across Waite Park, St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clearview, and Little Falls. Chances are high there's a Club close to your location, ensuring a convenient commute to work.

This part-time, hourly position offers flexible scheduling tailored to each location. Workdays span from Monday through Friday, with start times varying, including some locations beginning as early as 6:30 am. During the school year program, most locations begin at 1 pm, and all locations end by 6 pm, both during the school year and summer.

Pay: $16.62 per hour
