Title: Membership Secretary / Club Front Desk
Reports to: Club Director
Compensation: $15.00 / Hour
School Year (Now – May 30th): Mon–Thur, 1:00PM – 6:30PM; Fri, 12:30PM–6:30PM
Summer (May 31st – Aug 5th): Mon-Fri, 9:00AM–6:00PM (Full & Part-Time Positions Available)
Location: Price Club (60 E. 100 N. Price, UT 84501)

JOB SUMMARY
This is not your typical office job! The Price Boys & Girls Club is looking for a dedicated, professional, and organized individual to keep things running smoothly as our Membership Secretary. The Membership Secretary arrives before opening to prepare the building for the arrival of members and staff. This position is responsible for entering membership and activity information into a database, answering phones, communicating with parents and youth, taking payments, interacting with and mentoring youth. They are also responsible for overseeing lobby and monitoring the main entrance into the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, some college preferred

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

• Experience working with youth

• Must be at least 21 years’ old

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Must be able to pass Drug Screening

• Be CPR and First Aid certified (the Boys & Girls Clubs can arrange for this)

• Obtain valid Food Handler’s permit as required (the Boys & Girls Clubs will arrange for this)

• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
