PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Human Resources Administrator implements Club systems and procedures in human resources and compliance. Provides regular clerical and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer. Enters and maintains all human resources related records including personnel, payroll, compensation and benefits. Evaluates and optimizes human resources and compliance controls and procedures. Supports finance by processing and maintaining files related to payroll and compensation as directed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure a safe facility for all members, Club staff, and visitors.
2. Participate in cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment.
3. Participate in special programs and/or events.
4. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures as described in the Employee Handbook, Ethics Policy and elsewhere.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintains close contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer) and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instruction; instruct; and advise/counsel. Ensures a productive work environment by participating in staff meetings.
External: Maintains contact with external vendors as needed and others to assist in resolving problems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is in a normal office environment and loud fast-paced Club environment. The model Human Resources Administrator will thrive in an extraordinarily fast-paced environment that features constant change. This position requires employee flexibility, patience and ability to problem-solve and innovate. Employee must be able to work club hours of operation.
This position is moderately active and requires sight, hearing, bending, kneeling, crouching, ability to type, typically sitting up to eight hours each day, and may require standing for up to two hours each day. Ability to move quickly throughout club facilities and other physical requirements needed to complete essential functions of the position and other duties as assigned are required. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds.

Pay Range:
$22.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience and education.
This is a temporary position for a Human Resources Administrator, expected to last from May 2024 to July 2024.
