RESULTS STATEMENT

The Mag Truck Operator ensures that sprayed areas are free of snow and ice.

TACTICAL WORK

1. Proactively maintain equipment to avoid breakdowns
2. Accurately clocking into Aspire
3. Stage truck according to SOP
4. Fill mag truck according to SOP
5. Accurately follow mag maps
6. Safely drive truck, avoiding damage to vehicles and structures
7. Spray mag, providing even coverage
8. Record data accurately (via Aspire, creating an issue at the end of a Work Ticket)
9. Export data from mag truck software into email to the office
10. Report to DOO when the 3000 gallon mag tank hits 600 gallons
11. Maintain truck and ensure that spray equipment is leak free
12. Promptly report malfunctioning equipment to Plow Division Leader and complete Mechanical Order Request Form
13. During meetings, provide feedback on efficiency concerns
14. Communicate with reporting manager first, DOO second (i.e. fuel truck is not present, etc.)
15. Willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. 18 years of age or older
2. Able to work early morning hours, i.e. 3 a.m. - present at work within one hour of notice
3. Legal, valid, driver's license (BSS reserves the right to modify jobs pending the results of employee driving history verification)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, running and walking, sitting, pushing, pulling
2. Lifting and raising objects up to 100 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position, to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles
