2 Years of recent tractor trailer driving experience, in last three years
No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 1 years
No Speeding Violation of 15 mph
Not cited for a D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 3 years
No serious offenses in the previous 3 years or pattern of unsafe practices
- TWIC and HAZ preferred
